Leading Communities.
Leading Champions.

Waymaker Boxing is an athlete-led nonprofit that uses boxing to bring people together and create pathways to leadership and opportunity.

Based in Boston, we serve youth and adults through structured boxing training, mentorship, and community-based programs.

What We Do

Boxing is our tool. Community and leadership are the outcome.

Bring People Together

Our programs bring people from different backgrounds into a shared space where respect and effort matter. Training side by side builds trust, connection, and lasting relationships.

Build Leaders

Through training and mentorship, we develop discipline, accountability, and confidence. Participants learn to lead themselves and support others inside and outside the gym.

Support Personal Growth

Boxing supports physical, mental, and emotional well-being. Structured training helps people build healthy routines, manage stress, and develop resilience.

Athlete-Led Model

Professional and competitive boxers train here and also lead programs, coach classes, and mentor participants. Leadership and service are part of what it means to be an athlete at Waymaker.

Who We Serve

On any given day, we bring together people who might not otherwise be in the same space. Youth, adults, first responders, people in recovery, and both newcomers and seasoned competitors train together with mutual respect.

Waymaker Boxing is open to anyone seeking structure, discipline, and a supportive place to grow.
